Lunch & Learn Seminar Series

The Lunch & Learn Seminar Series is a bimonthly series from the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering (CEE) at Northeastern University, focusing on convergent research, bringing together Northeastern colleagues and collaborators to think big/bold, explore ideas that build cooperation and foster transformative innovation within CEE and across disciplines beyond CEE.

This series will provide a forum to bring together leaders, engineers, and researchers with diverse background from academia, industry, nonprofit, and government to:

  • Promote convergence and its application to engineering, science, technologies, and products
  • Explore across-disciplinary/subdisciplinary collaboration and foster transformative innovation
  • Share successful stories and lessons learned from convergent research
  • Build a culture of team-working and a convergent research environment
  • Nurture future global convergence leaders in engineering and science

The Lunch & Learn Seminar Series is hosted by Professor Yang Zhang, department Associate Chair for Research. Please contact ya.zhang@northeastern.edu with questions about the series.
