Northeastern University opens George J. Kostas Institute for Homeland Security
On September 22, 2011 Northeastern University held the Grand Opening for the George J. Kostas Research Institute for Homeland Security and the new state-of-the-art Laboratory for Structural Testing of Resilient and Sustainable Systems (STReSS Laboratory), located on the Burlington campus of Northeastern.
